
Bill Guy was appointed as a Director of the Company in March 2018 and brings more than 28 years of extensive experience in mineral exploration and resource development across Asia, Australia, and Europe. Throughout his career, Bill has developed a strong track record in leading exploration programs, advancing resource projects, and building technical and operational capability across diverse jurisdictions.
Bill has held numerous senior executive roles, including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer positions with Longford Resources Limited and Bligh Resources Limited, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, project development, and stakeholder engagement. He has also previously served as Exploration Manager for Jupiter Mines Limited (ASX: JMS), a company controlled by the London‑based Pallinghurst Group. Pallinghurst is led by Chairman Brian Gilbertson, the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of the BHP Billiton Group.
Bill’s depth of leadership experience and technical expertise provides valuable strategic insight to the Board.

Richie Yang is a highly experienced executive in the mining and resources sector, with more than 19 years of corporate finance experience across public and private junior exploration and mining development companies. Throughout his career, he has advised management teams and boards on business strategy, project development, capital structuring, and funding solutions across various stages of the mining lifecycle.
Richie has played a key role in supporting companies with asset evaluation, market positioning, and investor engagement, drawing on deep expertise in both Australian and international capital markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New South Wales, majoring in Business Economics and Finance.
In addition to his advisory work, Richie is the Managing Director of Sydney- and Hong Kong–based Vs Capital Group, a corporate finance advisory firm and family office providing strategic and financial guidance to emerging and established businesses.

Mr Dumpleton brings extensive experience across geology, mining operations, ore resource development, and the corporate funding process. Throughout his career, he has worked at every operational level of the mining industry, contributing to some of Australia’s most prominent and complex mining operations. His experience includes roles at high‑profile sites such as the Nifty Copper Mine, St Ives Gold Mine, Telfer Gold Mine, and the Kalgoorlie Super Pit, along with significant exposure to projects across the Asia‑Pacific region.
Byron is based in Western Australia, where he currently serves as Chief Geologist for ASX‑listed Red5 Limited, a half‑billion‑dollar WA‑based gold producer. In this role, he provides strategic geological leadership across exploration, resource definition, and mine development activities, supporting sustainable production growth and long‑term asset value creation.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Laws from Soochow University in China and an Executive MBA from Nanjing University. He is a qualified lawyer in China and a registered Fund Manager with the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC).
A seasoned professional investor and fund manager, Brett has extensive experience and a strong track record in the mining sector and mining-related investments. From 2007 to 2013, he served as Executive Director of Yunnan Gold Mountain Ltd, a joint venture with a Chinese state-owned mining enterprise. Between 2013 and 2015, he was a Director of Ao-zhong Mining Pty Ltd, the investment arm of East China Non-Ferrous Exploration Corporation, overseeing investments in numerous ASX-listed junior mining companies.
Brett is a Principal at Tasman Funds Management, one of Theta’s early investors, and a founding partner of Nanjing Venture Capital Ltd, a China-based venture capital fund.

Hansjörg is an experienced company director and joins the Board as a representative of long-term institutional investors, Deutsche Balaton, Delphi, and Sparta Group. With his a strong background in corporate finance, debt structuring and capital markets he will contribute to enhancing TGM’s financial capabilities and ability to execute funding and development strategies for the TGME Gold Mine Project in South Africa.
Having previously operated as a senior Mergers and Acquisitions advisor at a global professional services firm, Hansjorg moved into commerce where he has served on the Board of Directors of many listed and unlisted companies in a variety of industries including mining, agriculture, shipping, construction and investments.
Mr. Plaggemars has qualifications in Business Administration and is fluent in English and German.
